Returns & Exchanges
Our Guarantee
Our hope is that you’ll love what you ordered, but if something doesn’t work out we’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective items for returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns
To initiate a refund, please email customer service at care@sancticouture.com and include your order # in the subject line.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that we incur a $7 handling fee on all refunds.
Shipping charges for the sale or return of items are not refunded. Refunds are for cost paid for item/s and applicable taxes only.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on where you live.
If you’re shipping a returned item over $75, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We’re not able to guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item (in case of mislabeling, etc).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original order to the address above (and notify us at care@sancticouture.com). Once we receive your item in its original/new condition we’ll issue you gift card and you’ll be able to place a new order.
Order Not Received
If your item has not arrived within 45 days, contact us at: care@sancticouture.com for a free replacement order or a refund of your purchase.
(Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
Since Your Order Is Custom Made Just For You…
We aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect ordered size issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we include size charts on product pages.
ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to email us (care@sancticouture.com) and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.
